Jimmy Loyless is a Managing Director at FinPro, Inc., a full service management consulting firm specializing in providing advisory services to the financial institutions industry. FinPro is an industry leader in strategic planning, board retreat moderation, planning, enterprise risk management, leadership and education, corporate governance, market feasibility, de novo bank formation, asset/liability management, and regulatory consulting. FinPro also conducts mergers & acquisitions through its wholly owned subsidiary, FCA, as a FINRA registered broker/dealer.
Jimmy also serves as an independent consultant, advisor, and trainer, focused on conducting regulatory risk management and compliance reviews, providing strategic plan preparation and business performance analysis services, and preparing and delivering educational presentations on regulatory compliance, disability awareness, and financial literacy.
Jimmy’s professional career includes over thirty years of distinguished service with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), serving in many locations and capacities.
At FDIC, Jimmy served on several corporate task forces and committees related to fair lending examinations and Community Reinvestment Act evaluations, training for FDIC’s workforce, business planning processes, restructuring initiatives, executive redefinition, executive compensation, planning for large bank resolutions, and privacy. In addition, he was a frequent speaker at local, state, regional, and national conferences sponsored by trade associations, financial services and community organizations, community and economic development organizations, and civic and nonprofit groups.
