Patrick joined FinPro in April 2004.
Patrick ended a 32 year career with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation when he retired in 2002. At the time of his retirement, he was the Regional Director for the Division of Supervision for the Boston Region, a position he held since April, 1996.
Patrick began his career with the FDIC as a bank examiner trainee in Chicago in 1970 and rose through the ranks with positions including Assistant Regional Director in the Chicago Region from 1986 to 1990 and Deputy Regional Director in the Atlanta Region from 1990 until 1996. During his career, Patrick was involved in all aspects of bank supervision and regulation and was also active in internal FDIC training efforts.
Patrick earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola University of Chicago and a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University School of Law. He is also a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
